Today I’d like to invite you to join me in a cause.
The cause is to obliterate job misery from the workplace.
Job misery is the dissatisfaction people feel at work. It’s the leading cause of the Monday morning blues.
Too often people go to work feeling uninspired, unfulfilled, and indifferent.
It doesn’t have to be this way.
Job misery is an epidemic that plagues our world. Not only does it negatively impact productivity, engagement, and results at work, but it also bleeds into other parts of life.
When people are unhappy at work, they are more likely to be unhappy outside of it–leading to problems such as anxiety, stress, anger, resentment, apathy, and even depression.
Yes, it is possible to obliterate it!
By creating a healthy workplace culture you can end job misery. Anything you do that improves clarity, consistency, celebration and charity within your organization will help eliminate it.
When job misery is obliterated from your workplace, results improve.
Perhaps even better, it creates tremendous satisfaction knowing your culture improves the lives of others.
So today, I invite you to join me in obliterating job misery from the workplace.
Join me in creating a better working world through The Four C’s Model.
Join me in having a positive impact on the lives of those you serve.
